Erick Visconde took him down repeatedly over three rounds in the featherweight main event and won a unanimous decision, 30-27 on all three cards. He is now 18-3, and Bulaid is 9-1. No contract
White did not sign him. “You put on a grappling masterclass tonight,” White said. “But you did not do what I expect to see in the main event in the last episode of the Contender. Obviously, a f*cking tank and a really tough guy. Not tonight, my friend” (Sherdog). Sherdog reports that Visconde drew boos despite the dominant performance. After the fight, Visconde said he broke his hand in the second round, which he said stopped him from putting on the performance he wanted (CBS Sports).
